By accessing or using the Profluence website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Membership
Profluence membership is subject to application and approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion. Membership fees are billed according to your selected plan and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Community Standards
Members are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. Profluence reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct that violates our community standards, including harassment, misrepresentation, or any activity that harms other members or the community.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Profluence platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Profluence LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
User Content
By submitting content to the platform (applications, messages, profile information), you grant Profluence a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform and community.
Limitation of Liability
Profluence provides the platform and services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, attendance at events, or interactions with other members.
Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
